Truly a shocking response. Though, it could be his special way of pointing out that twenty-five percent doesn't mean your child will have it - it means your child probably won't. That other seventy-five percent chance is much larger, though I know it doesn't seem that way.

As far as treatments go, if it turns out you need to be worried about it at all, everything I know of is in experimental phases. You're from a few years ahead now, though, so you'd be able to find out easier than I would if there have been promising results.
