[The audio feed starts off with the rustling noise that could only be made by someone much too small to use it climbing up onto it to activate it.]
What are you doing?
Turning on the device.
What? Where did you get that?
I grabbed it from his pocket.
Why?
I just feel like talking to people. He's ignoring us. Especially me.
That's because you'll get us into trouble.
What, because I'm honest? That nice guy thing gets old fast, you know.
That "nice guy thing" is called being a decent human being and not saying every inappropriate thing that pops into your head. It's important.

Just turn that thing off, would you?
I'd rather not.
[More rustling noises ensue as the unattended mini Wilsons get into a scuffle. After a few moments, the device gets turned off, either as a result of the small oncologist versus oncologist fight or through the efforts of the kinder small Wilson.]
[ooc: Two curse-induced minis for Wilson! Red is his snarkier side. Blue is the part that keeps it in check.]
