It's almost comforting, inasmuch as anything could be here, to see that some things are regular occurrences.

Not that there's much comfort to be found in it raining photos all day -- again. Though that's a constant, too, isn't it? The invasion of everyone's privacy. You would hope that it might afford everyone a little more respect for each others' private moments that the City happens to dig up, knowing that theirs are out there just the same.

Which isn't to say that I actually expect it to, of course.

[A pause and then the shuffling of paper as she turns the photo everywhichway.]

[There's a pause as he tries to figure out how to put this... highly convoluted story he barely understands.]

She, apparently, will be my girlfriend. I've only met her here, though.

[She's nodding; he can't hear it or see it, but Angela accepts wacky things like that happening here.]

Tessa was Booth's ex-girlfriend. I don't think you met him while he was here, but Tessa could be Amber's identical twin.

It used to feel weird saying it, but after Brennan told me I do something in the future, it kind of became old hat to me. [Pause.] Well, no, I'm lying. I'm still trying to figure things out.

Yeah, other than the little kid around here, I met one that whined about looking seventeen for the rest of his life.

I don't think it's something that can be figured out, really. House, Chase, Cameron and I are all from close to the same time now, but none of us quite match up.

Oh, yes, the vampire. Jeremy. He does tend to whine, doesn't he?

How far apart are you guys? I think Brennan and I are at least a handful of months apart.

Ah, that's why he kept going on and on. I couldn't understand why he was so mad about things people would pay good money for.

We're all within a year of each other. I'm from just slightly ahead now, which I consider things evening out after the first time I was here. I was from about a year earlier, then.

He thought I was him... except, apparently, several hundred years old.

A few things. I found out about people I hadn't met yet, the first time I was here, went home, met them, came back and realized it then. And... of course, Amber. Actually... I think I know more about how that ends than how it begins.
