Hi, everyone. I just wanted to pop on the Network and say hello and welcome back to all the students everywhere, no matter what school you're going to. I hope everyone's year is off to a good start.

Now, for any new students who have just started at Cutler's, I wanted to introduce myself; I'm James Leonard, a senior this year. Really, I just want you all to know that if you need anybody to show you around, or to help you adjust to the school or even just to talk to, I'd be happy to do whatever I can.

Oh, and a fair warning to avoid confusion? I do have an identical twin, Neil-- but, really? I'm sure he'd be more than happy to help out anybody who needed anything, too. Just... be warned that he's a little bit excitable.

Well, that's all, really. So, just... let me know if you need anything, or even if you just want to introduce yourself. I'm looking forward to making this last year great.

James and Neil Leonard are twins in their senior year at Cutler's. Since neither should have the unfair advantage of keeping their surname when the other loses it, we opted to find some common ground... which will, obviously, confuse the hell out of them when the curse is over. Leonard? Where did that even come from?]

Right.

And, occasionally, when you have new people to be enthusiastic and outgoing with, you have been known to become a bit excited.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with expressing some joy in life.

well, actually, no. it's not.

[identity profile] j-leonard.livejournal.com 2010-08-25 02:27 am (UTC)(link)
I didn't say there was anything wrong with it.

Do we have most of the same classes again? I think we're going to have to wear name tags if we do.

but it IS going to be forever.

I'm... not sure? We should compare schedules.

Maybe we should invest in some nice lapel pins... you know, very tasteful little initials.
had_not_lived: (Default)

oh. okay then

[personal profile] had_not_lived 2010-08-25 03:10 am (UTC)(link)
We'll figure it out.

But then we'd have teachers coming up and squinting at our lapels before they called on us.

[identity profile] j-leonard.livejournal.com 2010-08-25 04:24 pm (UTC)(link)
We'd have to have some very large name tags to prevent that.

I'd say that one of us should just dye his hair, but then we wouldn't be able to confuse people when we want to.

What about sweaters, or something, with just our initials?

...On second thought I don't think I care that much though, about who's confused. I mean, it's their own fault if they can't tell the difference.

It really is. It's not as if we don't have any distinguishing characteristics.

I know! They're just not paying enough attention, I guess.
