I'm sorry, I was just... wait, what was it again?
[There is a moment of silence.]
I'm not... certain what... sorry, nevermind.

I'm going home; there's clearly something wrong. It seems to be-- it's-- what are those? Well, it's not me-- it... it isn't isolated, I doubt it's an actual physiological issue. But... I should not be treating patients for as long as this lasts.

[He's clearly exasperated that he has to ask this. And that he has to do it publicly. Shut up, he forgot how to filter and his phone is at home. Craziest thing - he forgot it.]
House, which building do we live in?
[ooc: OBVIOUSLY this is backdated. ♥]

I haven't suffered any head trauma, I have no symptoms other than the memory loss, and it's not an isolated incident. It seems to be the most likely explanation at the moment.

[She'd just, you know. Rather make sure you got there, and didn't forget how to press an elevator button along the way.]

... fine. If you're sure.

Dr. Wilson?
☞ if all you've got to do today is find peace of mind
He's still using his device when she calls to him, but he lowers it and glances over his shoulder as she does so. The rest of his body follows through with the motion after a moment, turning to face her as he slips the device into a coat pocket. He manages a small smile, appreciative even if he's not particularly happy with his present situation. He waits to speak until she's close enough to do so without shouting.]
I certainly hope this is a curse. There's an old man on the Network comforting me about the aging process.
[Why yes, he would rather keep this light as long as he can.]
☞ if all you've got to do today is find peace of mind
It wasn't House, was it?
[It's probably safe to make that kind of joke to Wilson. Probably. Well, and maybe he won't even remember it, if he's not all right.]
Shall we?
[Cameron gestures slightly, subtly, in the direction of his building. Call it an attempt to jog his memory, or at least give him a little graceful assistance.]
☞ if all you've got to do today is find peace of mind
I don't think he was that old.
[Yeah, that was certainly safe. He nods as she gestures, glancing in the direction she indicates. Nothing seems unfamiliar; most of his memory seems perfectly intact, with just fragments out of place; a detail here and there, enough to throw him off. He starts walking, hoping the uncertainty starts to fade.]
It's the oddest thing; I know the City, I could tell you where any number of restaurants or stores I've been are, but... it's as if there are very specific details that are just... gone.
☞ if all you've got to do today is find peace of mind
On the bright side, that means it probably won't last.
