So I think the general aspects of all this have been covered pretty thoroughly on the Network. I hope that everyone is taking heed of what's been said and being careful. If there isn't a reason that you need to be out, then you shouldn't be. No matter what you've dealt with in your own worlds, or how strong, powerful or experienced you are, you have not dealt with anything like this before. It's the City; there are things here which are beyond anyone's control.
I'm not saying to sit back and do nothing; we need to protect each other, help each other, and work together to get through this. The people here, the way that we can always seem to come together when we need to - that's always been one of the things that's made being stuck here bearable. What I'm saying is don't go alone, and don't go unprepared. Things do seem as if they're a bit calmer outside today, but I wouldn't trust that to last.
Along that line, if anyone is injured, it should go without saying that the hospital is open through all this. Ambulances are running, so if you need one, call. The building is surprisingly safe; it's withstood plenty that I've seen here firsthand, and I can't even begin to imagine what it's seen before I was here.
For the record, that's where I am, andI'm not going out there I have no intention of leaving until it's either safe or necessary. And, please... anyone that I haven't heard from yet, check in and let me know where you are and that you're alright.

Well, we... don't really have the time or means to clear anyone for direct patient care right now, but if you'd like to volunteer, we could certainly use an extra pair of hands. Are you sure you can get here safely?
