[Wilson knows what's going on today, but that doesn't stop him from going in to work. So he moves as swiftly as he can through the streets on his way both to and from the hospital, knowing all too well that even that probably won't keep him entirely out of the line of fire kisses.

Still, it'll probably manage to cut back on the kisses he receives in transit. And at work-- well, there's only so much he can do. He does need to be there, after all, and he's not about to turn his back on a responsibility.]

[Euphie is collecting doctor kisses today. That's probably why their paths manage to cross. If only they didn't cross quite so quickly, but that's what happens when Wilsons go rushing around and princesses come around corners too quickly.] Oh!

[When he sees her - well, just the pink in the moment it takes him to react - he does stop himself short, trying to avoid too awful of a collision. He puts his hands up, gently, to try to minimize any impact.]

Oh-- Euphie! I'm sorry.

[She latches on to him to keep from falling, and once she's stable she laughs.] It's all right. It's a good thing we weren't carrying anything. [Also, this would be the time to let go probably. She doesn't seem to be though.]

[He smiles back, nodding.] I guess it's a good thing I decided to leave my giant pane of glass at home. [He doesn't let go either, and when he smiles again, it's almost... dreamy.]

[That gets another laugh out of her.] Or my giant bag full of marbles. [Has Dr. Wilson always looked so warm and handsome? Her fingers slide up his arm slowly. It's a nice coat. Good fabric. Good shoulder too. She'll just tuck her arm back here behind his neck for safe keeping, okay?]

[ The problem with only being a whopping 5 feet and one inch tall is that you're very easy to miss when people are attempting to scramble through the streets. When you're attempting to do the same thing, ducking underneath people, it leads to situations like this -- that is, Ariadne attempting to dodge someone and landing smack into Wilson's side. ]

[ the unfortunate thing about hurrying about is that natasha is doing the same. and not exactly paying attention to the pedestrians, as she keeps a look out for mistletoe. and one zig where she should have zagged and it's a collision. the only reason she doesn't topple over is that she grabs hold of wilson's coat to keep her balance. damn it. ]

[That somewhat dreamy smile just rests on his face, and he lets his neck move forward a bit as she places her hand behind it. One of his hands moves to rest on her side, and as he continues to move closer, he's almost aware that something terribly wrong is happening, but... not quite actually aware.]

[With him standing at an even six feet, that must be a terrible collision for her... which he's very aware of, stepping back and putting an arm out to the side to try to shield her from anyone else ramming into her as she recovers from it.]

I'm so sorry -- are you alright?

[ Thanks for the shield, Wilson. She appreciates it. She also recognizes his voice, so after a moment of holding her hand up so she can recover, she laughs slightly. ]

[Oh, is this not how this is usually done when running into a friend on the street? Well, maybe it should be, because that dreamy smile of his looks good enough to taste. Her eyes close as she feels them both getting close.]

[As he racks up yet another pedestrian collision, Wilson is starting to think that hurrying might be a worse strategy than none at all. But still, he gently reaches out a hand to her shoulder, hoping to help stabilize her as she grabs onto his coat.]

Sorry, excuse me-- you okay?

[Indeed they have - and as wary as the one who remembers it is, a legitimate question is still legitimate on a curse day, and still requires that he step closer to glance at what Chase is holding.]

[His eyes shut as well as he closes the distance between them, perfectly happy under the curse's influence to permit that taste. Whatever part of his brain thought there was an issue with this has clearly relented.]

[He smirks at that, a gentle chuckle accompanying it.]

That sounds like an issue you need to take up with your subconscious.

[Maybe that part of his brain will feel the tiniest bit better to know that being in the City this long means she's no longer jailbait. Not that there were rules to restrict that for her where she was from originally.

[ Cameron's been careful on her way to the police station, but apparently not careful enough, because she still runs into Wilson and almost gets knocked off her feet by the force of it. She's small, it doesn't take much to take her down, physically. ]

[Ah, domestic bliss. Seriously, this arrangement is in the running for how long Wilson's managed to live with someone before getting kicked out or walked out on.]

I have, though I think there are just far more doctors than there are dentists in general. Apparently, we're much more appealing to the discerning interdimensional collector.

[As with any of the collisions he's been involved in today, Wilson's immediate response is once of concern. He reaches out gently for her shoulder, to help stabilize her.]

[Yeah... that will help, immediately after he freaks out because he's how old and she's how old and really, it's hard not to feel like a dirty old man.

Eventually, anyway. Not now, because now his cursed mind is focused on delivering that sweet, lingering kiss - it's very important to make sure it lasts for just the right amount of time, you know, and that it's just the precise amount of pressure.]
