Okay, so I think exams actually went pretty well. I probably worked myself up a lot more than I needed to... thank you, Morgana, for forcing me to get away from the books for a while. I definitely needed it, and I'm sure it helped.

Um...

So, I guess I kind of forgot about the dance while I was getting ready for exams. I don't imagine there are any ladies left in need of a date at this point, though.

Well, anyway... if anyone needs someone to go with - I mean, even just as a friend so you're not going by yourself, I'd be happy to go.

She started talking to me when I was studying, and convinced me to take a break to go watch a movie with her... we just hit it off, and, well, tomorrow we're going to the dance. So I was just lucky, I guess.

Friendship's incredibly important, though, and a lot of what this should be about. Having a date is fantastic, but spending time with friends and unwinding after being battered with exams has got plenty to be said for it.
