I'm tired of being your conscience.

Well, I can't claim that I'm not among the crowd grateful that October is drawing to a close. I would say it's ill-advised to draw too much of a sigh of relief, here, but I sincerely doubt things will be any better or worse for us having enjoyed a moment of relative calm. We may as well seize the moments of relative normalcy that we do have while we have them; it makes getting through the more difficult times just a bit easier.

I just hope everyone is all right now, or at least on their way in that direction.

Oh, and House? The bowl of candy by the door is highly poisonous to diagnosticians. I'd avoid it if I were you.
